Hi Friends,

The Sun moved into Pisces today.

For the next four weeks, our conscious awareness will be on Pisces themes wherever we have Pisces in our chart.

Pisces governs the spiritual and the liminal. It’s about discernment and intuition, transcendence and compassion. Its also about the kind of creation that moves from our sentiments and the sensibilities of the moment.

It’s where we go to escape, or to seek out God, or whatever higher source we recognize in our lives.

For the next few weeks, our attention is on the unseen and the often unspoken.

Mercury and Venus are in Pisces too ✨

Mercury and Venus are also in Pisces right now. Messages won’t be linear or direct. They may come through dreams, imagery, subtle impressions, conversations that linger longer than expected and things said in passing that don’t fully make sense yet.

Venus’ magnetic attraction here is subconscious but strong, moving through the very thin boundaries that exist in Pisces.

Mercury will retrograde here on February 26, so pay attention to the messages, conversations, agreements and ideas forming now. Notice what you are saying yes to, what feels unclear and what your body understands before your mind does.

Those threads are likely part of what you will review, revise, or re-discern during the retrograde.

The nature of Pisces ♓

Pisces carries something of the eleven zodiac signs before it. I often think of it as the genius of the zodiac. There is an ability to synthesize, an inner knowing that does not always need explanation. People with strong Pisces placements tend to have that quality of innate wisdom that feels atmospheric rather than linear.

But Pisces does not have firm boundaries without practice. The environments we are in right now matter. Pisces is porous. It absorbs what is in the atmosphere and then creates from that space. This is why Pisces needs pause and intentional boundaries, and sometimes solitude. Don’t be surprised if people are generally keeping to themselves during this time.

This is also the first time in 14 years that we do not have Neptune in Pisces, and the first time in three years without Saturn there. It is a different ocean. You may notice this in subtle ways.

Working with this season 🌊

Over the next few weeks as we move through this zodiac expression that signals what’s ending, this is a supportive time to process leftover grief or attachments.

It is a time to go to your spiritual flow, wherever that is for you. This is a good time to pray, to reflect, to spend time near water, and to take care of yourself first. Pisces can sometimes show up to others as a savior. Please do not martyr yourself for others who do not deserve or appreciate your care during this time.

New eclipse season begins ✨

Pay attention to where Aquarius is in your chart. Over the next several months, that area of life may start to feel different — especially in how you or someone in your life relate to community, where you feel aligned, and where you don’t.

At the same time, Pisces is moving through a specific house for you. That’s where the interior work is happening.

Looking at your chart ✨

Pisces is not moving everywhere at once. It’s moving somewhere specific in your chart. This is a strong week to look at that house directly, especially with Mercury preparing to retrograde there. When we meet, we’ll look at what’s dissolving, what requires discernment and what will likely come back for review.
